I recently was in the hospital getting ready for open heart surgery when my wife, who had stopped home to get things needed for a long hospital stay, called me and told me the water heater was leaking. It was later in the day but I called LCS to see what they might be able to do. They were closed but they texted me back anyway. I explained the situation to them and they were very accomodating. They said they could have a new water heater installed the next day. We made arrangements for our daughter to be there and they did in fact show up and install the water heater the next day. I was also able to wait until I got out of the hospital to pay the bill. These guys are just so nice to deal with. Instead of a headache on top of what I was dealing with I got a solution that took care of my problem. I would highly recommend LCS to anyone. You can't go wrong. They know what they're doing and they are very customer centric and just down to earth friendly people. I can't say enough about them.
