We had a fantastic experience with Legacy Comfort Systems installing our mini splits. Jason was incredibly responsive, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and followed through on everything he promised. Patrick and Johnny handled the installation and were punctual, professional, and very considerate—especially with keeping noise levels down while I was on work calls. Patrick also took the time to walk us through how to use the mini splits, which we really appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received. Legacy Comfort Systems was a pleasure to work with. Jason was very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted in a HVAC system. He took the time to make sure that I was getting a properly sized unit. The system was reasonably priced compared to other units of the same features. After installation of the system Jason went over the system with me, especially the smart thermostat. The job was done professionally and was cleaned up after. I was provided with spare air filters and humidifier pads. Jason was quick and efficient in getting me the paperwork needed for the energy rebates. I would highly recommend using Legacy Comfort Systems for any needed HVAC work. Update: In February I noticed some water on the basement floor coming from the HVAC unit. I emailed Jason on a Sunday and shortly received a reply from him. I was told to shut off the Humdifier unit. This stopped the water issue. Since the heat was working I talked to Jason about coming out on Tuesday. Jason fixed the problem by putting a trap in the Humidifiers drain line. This prevented air and water from being drawn back into the Air Handler when the variable blower motor went into high speed. As an extra precaution Jason added a water sensor that would shut down the Humidifier if water was to get on the basement floor. This was all done at no charge.

Legacy Comfort Systems recently installed a new heat pump in my attic to replace my old system and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Jason and his team were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They repaired some damaged duct work, set up multiple zones so the temperature stays even throughout the house, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The difference in comfort and efficiency is night and day compared to my old setup. I also really appreciated how they helped me apply for rebates — they handled the details and made the whole process simple and stress-free. We love our new mini splits! Our house is so cool now, but these mini splits can be used to heat our home during the winter too! Each of the guys who came to our home to complete the installation were reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working!
